Event

Smart, modern and gorgeous evening business events for up to 400 guests.

The Evening Event is an efficient, focused plan for for easy setup and execution of your event.

We've watched our clients over the years and saw a need for an option that keeps costs effiecient and focuses on program delivery. This package offers you the flexibility to customize your refreshments, while ensuring the space and audio visuals are perfectly configured so you can deliver your guest experience with ease.

Your guests arrive at any time after 6pm, and we include up to 3 hours of setup in the venue.

Your Evening Event Package includes...

A stunning

  • Breathtaking space with incredible views, purpose built for remarkable events. 
  • Up to 300 sleek, stylish and most comfortable chairs. You can also have up to 10 white/chrome cruiser tables, 8 charcoal gallery benches and 6 small coffee tables – your ready-to-go networking setup.
  • Magnificent terrace - #instagram anyone? Our expansive terrace with sweeping city and lake views is perfect for networking during breaks, and includes lounge furniture, firepits and planters to create an unforgettable and intimate experience. 
  • Super easy set-ups and take-downs and our team helps with your vendor logistics. Designed for smooth arrivals and installations, plus our preferred suppliers all get special access and know all the secrets to making sure your setup is flawless.

  • You are assigned a dedicated Event Manager who knows our space inside and out, and has the best tips and tricks to help you have a phenomenal evening. We are here to help you with your important decisions, guiding you through the process.
  • Outstanding partner suppliers for custom furniture, decor, event rentals and entertainment who know the venue and most importantly the latest trends to help youimpress your guests. 
  • We create and help you evolve your floorplans and provide you with all the details for your suppliers, so they have the support to deliver their services to the highest level.
  • On the day of your event, you will have a dedicated team led by a Venue Supervisor.  You’ll be able to enjoy your day with the support of event staff who are passionate about ensuring your event is a success. Your supervisors, security guards, coat check attendants, beverage/bar team and custodial services are all included in your venue package.

Food and beverage

  • We know our guests love fabulous food and drink - we can help you create the perfect bar offering. Choose from our outstanding bar options with curated wines, beers and cocktails that all make for a very special evening. You can totally customize your beverage offering – just check out our Beverage Menu. Your proposal will include an estimate for the services we usually offer at events like yours, and will note your beverage minimum spend.
  • You have the choice of the best catering Toronto has to offer with customized menus from our exceptional catering partners. We can help you connect with the right caterer for your vision and budget, and they will put together a specialised proposal. Your selected caterer will prepare a proposal which will include the costs of food, staffing and rentals required to facilitate your requested service. Landmark fees will also be applied to this proposal - so there will be no surprises later.

AV Services

  • We have a variety of fantastic options to ensure your event content inspires your guests, and that the entire venue looks, sounds and feels perfect throughout the evening.  You know great lighting creates the perfect mood and adds drama - and we’ve got the best tips to making your event feel oh-so-special. Our in-house supplier EPIQ vision can work with you to support all your program elements. Our aim is that the AV is so elegant your guests are blown away.
  • Your proposal will include a Evening Event AV package that is typically used for events like yours – with special lighting and music, and access to the projection screens, staging, podium, microphones, comfort monitor and speaker system, all at a special rate.  Looking for custom solutions? We’ve got those too.
